May 3, 2018 - Lodi, California based Leading Edge Motorsports will make the trek to Glendale, Arizona for the second stop on the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) Pro Tour this coming weekend. With the PKRA facility hosting the SpringNationals, four hungry and fierce Leading Edge Motorsports competitors will be scattered amongst four classes as they all look towards the top step of the podium as the national series reaches the halfway point.

"SKUSA has always had top notch competition and the racing at Phoenix is always fantastic," explains Greg Bell. "To be the best you must beat the best and I have confidence in all of my drivers."

A pair of Leading Edge Motorsports drivers will enter the gearbox categories as Kol Bailey will enter the S1 division with Terry Lawrence in S4. Bailey will look to utilize home track knowledge with his Praga 125cc chassis as he takes on the stout field of S1 competitors. Lawrence, who will utilize a Formula K chassis, is new to the Leading Edge Motorsports team but has been impressive in past events.

Bell continues, "Our shifter drivers give us a big opportunity to win both the S1 and S4 classes. Kol and Terry are talented drivers and would like nothing more than to be crowned SpringNationals Champion."

Michael Avansino and Arias Deukmedjian will enter the TaG divisions with Avansino competing in X30 Senior and Deukmedjian in X30 Junior. Racing under the Leading Edge Motorsports tent but with support from Diago Valverde, owner of LEM dealer operation VRP, Avansino will pilot a Formula K chassis in his assault on the talent filled X30 Senior ranks.

Deukmedjian, fresh off his first career formula car victory, will be back in a kart this weekend. Running under the LEM team tent but managed by SuperTuners Inc., Deukmedjian looks to better his Saturday result at the WinterNationals where he stood on the second step of the podium.

"I am expecting big things from Arias," adds Bell. "He is a talented driver and has been training quite hard since his first event with us. He is poised for a breakout SKUSA win and we can't wait to help him achieve that."

Following the event, Leading Edge Motorsports will have a host of team chassis available for sale. Picked up in Phoenix or shipped at purchaser's expense, don't miss your opportunity to get on board some of the fastest products in the market.
