We are very satisfied with the end of 2018 racing season: We rub the victory at the Trofeo delle Industrie at Lonato.

A weekend full of challenges due to the incessant rain which created a strain on material set up and performance of our 4 drivers.

We showed up with Lorenzo Giannoni and Alessio Baldi in the KZ2 class and with Edoardo Maccari and Gianmarco Levorato in X30 Senior.

During the tests, Giannoni struggled to find the performance on wet track. Instead, Sunday during the warm up, a different Lorenzo let a glimpse that he was in the position to win by coming up in Pre Final from the 13th place to 5thP earning an important 3rd row to start the Final.

Spectacular battle for Victory during the Final. After the third lap Lorenzo was chasing the leader with a 1-2 tenths faster pace. The last lap was breathtaking with a clean overtaking attempt that resulted in a photo finish bumper to bumper 2P. Unfortunately, a penalty of 10"during the start lowers it by a step on the podium.

Baldi, was very competitive on dry track making a lap time of 46.0 but the later incessant rain caused him a hard time to adapt. He managed the conditions as best as he could to qualify for the final ending 23P.

Our Senior X30 drivers also proved to be competitive on dry track.

Levorato had an accident in qualifying that excluded him from qualifying for the final.

Maccari battled the difficulties of torrential rain to the end finishing in a deserved 27P.
