[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he press (TV and national newspapers) leave, the rain arrives and so does he, Sebastian Vettel.

He was in Maranello, at the simulator apparently, but - obviously - four tyres and a real engine are better than a projected circuit on a wall, and so he turns up at 3.30 p.m. under the tent of the Tony Kart Racing Team that is immediately mobbed by supporters of various the Scuderia Ferrari Clubs present at the presentation day of the collaboration between the racing division of the greens and the Ferrari Driver Academy.

As always, he is more than helpful: signing autographs, shaking hands, but in the end, despite the constant rain, he wears clothes to protect him from the rain and gets on the track, with the same ease of a mere mortal putting on a pair of flip flops to go to the beach.

Obviously the choice of kart falls, as always, on a single speed: the Tony Kart Racer 401 equipped with the Vortex DDS for the OK class.
Today is not about trying to find a perfect arrangement, but simply to let off steam on track with colleagues and friends of the FDA clan.

Then comes the time to dedicate oneself to the various Scuderia Ferrari Clubs attending the event.

He takes the stage where the prize-giving for the most beautiful banners is being held, along with the other FDA riders, and he personally delivered the prizes. But not only that, he launched into funny jokes, like the one which he tells in an almost perfect Brescia dialect.

In short, a Sebastian Vettel that is a far cry from the tense and nervous person sometimes described in the media. Evidently he isn’t really that tense or nervous, and his love for Ferrari does not seem to have diminished, and neither has his love for karting.
