The most important appointment of karting, the FIA Karting World Championship KZ, is due in Lonato del Garda from September 18th to 22nd. This event will also include the very competitive International Super Cup KZ2, Academy Trophy and Historic Super Cup FIA Karting. Finals on Sunday, September 22nd will start at 15:00 (local time) and will be proceeded by the choreographic drivers introduction from 14:40 and an exhibition of the Historic Karts for an exciting jump back to the past.

HOW TO REACH THE CIRCUIT

The South Garda Karting circuit is located in Lonato del Garda, Via Monti Slossaroli (Tel. +39 030 9919958, [email protected],www.southgardakarting.it), that is 35 km on the East of Brescia and 45 km West of Verona (GPS : 45 ° 25´30.60´´ N / 10 ° 30´22.30´´ E). If you are coming from the A4 Milano-Venezia motorway, please take the Desenzano exit following the direction Lonato-Castiglione delle Stiviere. The closest airports are Milan Malpensa (165 km), Venice (160 km), Verona (40 km), Bergamo Orio al Serio (80 km). You can also reach the circuit by train stopping at the Desenzano del Garda train station (7 km).

Thursday, September 19th: Free practice from 8:00 to 16:20; Sporting Scurtineering: KZ-KZ2 and Academy from 10:00; KZ2 briefing n. 164-226 at 16:35; n. 101-163 at 17:05; Academy at 17.35;KZ at 18:05.

Friday, September 20th: Free practice from 8:00 to 16:55; Qualifying practice from 17:00 to 18:53.

Saturday, September  21st: Warm-up from 8:00 to 9:55; Qualifying heats from 10:00 to 19:10; Historic Karts exhibition: 13:25-13:45 and 16:30-16:50.

Sunday, September 22nd: Warm-up from 8:00 to 9:55; Historic Karts exhibition 10:00-10:20; Qualifying heats from 10:25 to 12:40; Drivers presentation from 13:15 to 14:30;  Historic Karts exhibition 14:40-15:00; Final KZ2 and podium at 15:00; Final Academy and podium at 15:55; Finale KZ and podium at 16:45.
