A little less than three weeks from the announcement of the winners of the first edition Easykart Driver Talent, Alessandro Gnecchi (100) and Tommaso Santini (60) will take to the track with Birel ART Racing. The occasion will be the 47th Trofeo delle Industrie, scheduled from 26 to 28 October on the South Garda Karting track in Lonato del Garda where Gnecchi will compete in the OKJ and Santini category in the 60 Mini.

The "Trofeo delle Industrie" is the oldest karting competition in the world: organized by Parma Motorsport, the Trophy has seen the participation of numerous protagonists of the go-kart, on all Davide Foré, current Team Manager of Birel ART Racing, winner of the competition in 1989 in the 100 Italy category and in 2013 in KZ2.

In addition, many pilots have become big names in the most important formulas of motoring, including: Formula One champions Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel, the very young Nico Hulkenberg, Antonio Giovinazzi, Daniil Kvyat, as well as the historians Riccardo Patrese, Emanuele Pirro, Gabriele Tarquini, Giancarlo Fisichella and Ivan Capelli.

Alessandro Gnecchi: "I am very excited to compete in such a prestigious competition as the Trofeo delle Industrie. It is a great opportunity for me to do it with Birel ART and I am very excited to work with Davide Foré. I will give 100% of myself, as always, and we will see what the result will come! "

Tommaso Santini: "For me it is a great emotion to participate in the Trofeo delle Industrie. First of all because it is the oldest kart race in the world, but also because many of my idols have competed. I have to thank Birel ART immensely, who offered me this wonderful opportunity. It will be a new experience for me since it is my first race in this category, but I will do my best, trying to better manage my emotions. I can not wait to compare myself with my new adversaries! "

The official race weekend will open on Friday with free practice sessions while the qualifications will be held Saturday morning with the heats in the afternoon; finally, on Sunday in the pre-final and final program.
