In Adria, Vortex is successful in KZ2 with Simo Puhakka and wins in OK with Nikita Bedrin, in a weekend where we gain 19 victories and 3 Pole positions in total.

KZ2
Simo Puhakka
(Tony Kart Racing Team) is the one bringing the first 2020 title to Vortex conquering the WSK Super Master Series in the KZ2 category. Equipped with our RTZ engines, the Finn conquers a victorya second and a third position in the Heats of both rounds and finally gain both prefinals and especially, both finals, prevailing over his opponents. At the end of the weekend, Puhakka will boast also 4 best laps, including one right in final. Excellent race for Paavo Tonteri (SC Performance) too, author of a victory, a second and a third place in the Heats and leading the group at the end of the heats session of round four.

OK
The other title for the OTK Kart Group engine division comes in OK, where Nikita Bedrin (Ward Racing) climbs the championship rating until the first position. The DST engine is supporting the Russian driver in completing his excellent path, counting a total of 10 victories in finals, prefinals and Qualifying Heats, besides 2 Pole Positions and sixth best laps. Vortex is occupying also the third step of the podium in the rating with Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart Racing Team), limited by an injury but fighting with the best until the end of the race. The Spaniard gains also a second place in both prefinals and ends close to the podium in the decisive race. Also Joseph Turney (Tony Kart Racing Team) manages to exploit the DST power at best and centres 4 best laps, including one in prefinal, and a third position in the Qualifying practices. Our engines reach the top-ten seven times totally in final also thanks to Luigi Coluccio (Kosmic Kart Racing Department) and Thomas Ten Brinke (Ricky Flynn Motorsport).

OKJ
Karol Pasiewicz
(Tony Kart Racing Team), equipped with our DJT engine, is second in the championship rating at the end of two races where he also gets a third place in the final of round 3, where 5 Vortex engines end in top-ten. The Pole gains also two second places in both prefinals and 2 victories in the Qualifying Heats, centred after exploiting the speed of our engines to obtain the Pole Position. With the DJT engine, other drivers are brilliantly standing out: Irfan Coskun (Ricky Flynn Motorsport), author of a best lap, Freddie Slater (Ricky Flynn Motorsport) and Harley Keeble (Tony Kart Racing Team), able to close in top-3 several times during the heats.

MINI
In Adria, the new MINI MR3 are gaining another excellent result thanks to the driver of the Tony Kart Racing Team James Egozi, who centres a fourth and a sixth place in the finals. Our engines are also supporting Jimmy Helias, Kai Sorensen, Andres Cardenas and Jules Caranta and push them towards an excellent recovery, allowing Helias to reach the third position in Prefinal.
