Ardigò (KZ2), Janker (OK), Minì (OKJ) and Stenshorne (Mini) the 2018 champions of the WSK Super Master Series

The fourth and final round of the WSK Super Master Series 2018 closes with the assignment of the titles.

KZ2
Alex Irlando (Sodikart - Sodikart - TM Racing) starts badly and Marco Ardigò (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex) surprises him. Paolo De Conto (CRG - CRG - TM Racing) in curve two overtake Irlando and takes the second position.

Behind Irlando there are Patrik Hajek (Kosmic Racing Department - Kosmic - Vortex), Anthony Abbasse (Sodikart - Sodikart - TM Racing), Jeremy Iglesias (Formula K - Formula K - TM Racing) and Matteo Viganò (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex).

It starts a very tight race that from the middle of the race sees Ardigò get away thanks also  to the fight between Irlando and De Conto that ends in lap 11 with the overtaking of the Sodikart driver on De Conto, followed by Hajek.

Even the Kosmic driver manages to overtake De Conto and so the race ends.

Ardigò is the 2018 WSK Super Master Series champion.

At the start Hannes Janker (TB Racing Team - KR - Parilla) keep the lead, Nicklas Nielsen (KSM Schumacher Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex), his opponent for the title, must instead fight hard to earn the 5th position. Behind Janker are David Vidales (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex), Noah Milell (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex) and Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR Motor Sport - KR - Parilla).

Janker escapes and is uncatchable for everyone. Vidales and Milell follow him practically in pairs for the whole race. Nielsen is 4th, a result that is not enough to win the title.

Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG - CRG - TM Racing), as always consistent, is in 5th position. Behind him we find Luigi Coluccio (Birel Art Racing - Birel Art - TM Racing), really competitive for the whole weekend, followed by a Travisanutto who loses positions, Mattia Michelotto (KR Motor Sport - KR - Parilla), capable of an incredible comeback, Marijn Kremers (Birel Art Racing - Birel Art - TM Racing) and Harry Thompson (Rycky Flynn Motorsport - FA Kart - Vortex).

The race ends without any overtaking at the top.

So Janker wins the title ahead of Nielsen and Jonny Edgard (Forza Racing - Exprit - TM Racing), never able to win the race this weekend.

OKJ
Kirill Smal (Ward Racing - Tony Kart - Vortex) is out at the first corner and the title fight is over for him. It is a shame, because he had done a super race until the final, starting from the back in qualifying. Sebastian Montoya (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart - Vortex), Marcus Amand (KR Motor Sport - KR - Parilla) and Zak O 'Syullivan (Ricky Flynn Motorsport - FA KArt - Vortex) are even out at the first lap.

Paul Aron (Ricky Flynn Motorsport - FA Kart - Vortex) leads with Taylor Barnard (KR Motor Sport - KR - Parilla). Then a group follows composed by Vlad Lomko (VDK Racing - Kosmic - Parilla), Victor Bernier (VDK Racing - Kosmic - Parilla), Dino Beganovic (Ward Racing - Tony Kart - Vortex) and Gabriele Minì (Parolin Racing Kart - Parolin - Parilla).

Barnard manages to overtake Aron and form a trio at the head of the race: Barnard, Aron and Lomko. Minì is together with Bernier.

Gabriel Bortoleto (CRG - CRG - TM Racing), very fast, is forced to recovery and follows them at a distance in sixth position and tries to reach them.

Less than 3 laps from the end the first 6 are a single group: Aron, Barnard, Minì Lomko, Bortoleto and Bernier.

Aron defends himself to the last from Barnard who is surprised by Bortoleto who comes second behind the Ricky Flynn Motorsport driver. Third and fifth are Barnard, Lomko and Minì, who is champion by one point!!

MINI
Martinius Stenshorne (Parolin Racing Kart- Parolin - TM Racing) wins race and title ahead wins in front of Tymoteusz Kucharczyk (AV Racing - Parolin - TM Racing). On the finish line in third position is Karol Pasiewicz (Revolution Motorsport - Energy - TM Racing), surpassed by Kucharczyk on the last lap. Joel Bergstrom (Formula K Junior Team - Ipkarting - TM Racing), Gianluca Costantino (Italcorse Racing Team - Italcorse - TM Racing) and Andrea Antonelli (Energy Corse - Energy - TM Racing), forced starting from 9th position and coming back from eleventh after the start!
