KZ2: Riccardo Longhi makes 3 out of 3

  • Riccardo Longhi (Birel ART Racing - Birel ART / TM Racing) stands firmly at the top at the end of Saturday's Heats thanks to yesterday's victory and the other 2 conquered today. One of these came after a duel with Simo Puhakka (Tony kart Racing Team - Tony Kart / Vortex), one of the favorites for the final victory.

  • The second place in the provisional standings is occupied by another Birel ART, this time that of Giuseppe Palomba (Birel ART Racing - Birel ART / TM Racing). The Neapolitan, in reality, brings home the same number of victories as Longhi but the second place obtained yesterday  places him behind his teammate.

  • Behind the two Birel ART are placed Simo Puhakka, who after losing the fight with Longhi still brings home another victory, and Viktor Gustavsson (Leclerc By (Lennox Racing - Birel ART / TM Racing), the best among the drivers at the wheel of the Charles Leclerc chassis.

  • Excellent day for Jeremy Iglesias (Formula K Racing Team - Formula K / TM Racing) who, with a 4th and sixth place today combined with the 3rd obtained yesterday, manages to improve the position obtained in qualifying by 15 positions. Behind him, Alexander Dahlberg (Energy Corse - Energy / TM Racing) climbs 9 positions with a 3rd and 4th place.

  • Alessandro Buran (Renda Motorsport - Birel ART / Vortex), who has a third place as best result, is sixth ahead of Alessandro Irlando (Birel ART Racing - Birel ART / TM Racing), also the author of a third position and a fastest lap.

  • Last year's winner Adrien Renaudin (Sodi - Sodikart / TM Racing) made up ground and took eighth place ahead of the other Sodikart by Jean Nomblot (CPB Sport - Sodikart / TM Racing) who also obtained a 5th position.

  • Paired in 19th and 20th position respectively, Matteo Viganò (Lennox Racing - Birel ART / TM Racing), whose s comeback from the 14° position was halted due to a withdrawal after a contact, and Alessio Piccini (Tony kart Racing Team - Tony Kart/Vortex) which instead recovers 25 positions in the standings.

OK: Bedrin makes little-to-no mistakes this time around

  • With three wins and a second place, Nikita Bedrin (Ward Racing - Tony Kart / Vortex) leads the OK classification, this time without disappearing after qualifying as happened in the last races. The Russian thus puts his compatriot and Pole man Kirill Smal (Energy Corse - Energy / TM Racing) behind him, who in addition to two wins also scores a third place.

  • In third position a reflourished Lorenzo Travisanutto (Tony kart Racing Team - Tony Kart / Vortex), also the author of a victory as well as a 2nd and a third place that allow him to make up 6 positions in the standings. James Wharton (Parolin Racing - Parolin / TM Racing), instead, confirms the fourth position thanks also to two second places.

  • In fifth position, Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR Motorsport - KR / IAME) scored an even more important recovery from the 18th position obtained at the end of the Qualifying Heats. The Italian gets two third places and impresses for his speed with three fast laps.

  • Behind Antonelli we find Robert De Haan (Energy Corse - Energy / TM Racing) who cannot get the most out of the second-best time recorded yesterday and has to settle for two third places, a quarter and a sixth. The Dutchman precedes Matias Salonen (CV performance Group - KR / IAME) in seventh position.

  • With 22 positions recovered, Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony kart Racing Team - Tony Kart / Vortex) grabs eighth position after yesterday's splendid 11-point comeback victory. Rounding the top ten are Josep Maria Martì (KR Motorsport - KR / IAME), who loses a position compared to yesterday, and Ben Dorr (TB Racing Team - KR / IAME), author of a third place as best result.

  • In the list of the disappointed of the day, this time there are three important names. One is that of Joseph Turney (Tony kart Racing Team - Tony Kart / Vortex), who sees two victories and a second place spoiled by a withdrawal, the other is that of Thomas Ten Brinke (Ricky Flynn Motorsport - Kosmic / Vortex), qualified with the sixth time but also a victim of a withdrawal. Taylor Barnard (Rosberg Racing Academy - KR / IAME)), however, concludes today his comeback from the bottom of the standings in 26th position.


OKJ: Martinius Stenshorne keeps the lead

  • Martinius Stenshorne (Rosberg Racing Academy - KR / IAME) is still firmly leading of the provisional standings. After the supremacy shown on Friday afternoon in which he scored 2 wins, the Norwegian kept his momentum going today with another victory and a second place.

  • “Only” two wins instead for Tymoteusz Kucharczyk (Birel ART Racing - RK / TM Racing), which piled up six penalty points more than the leader of the classification. The Pole still did better than Alex Powell (Energy Corse - Energy / TM Racing) who slipped from Pole position to third position obtaining a second place as the maximum result.

  • Evan Giltaire (Sodikart - Sodi / TM Racing) recovered 15 positions to move to 4th ahead, by just a single point, of Krapin Konstantin (Ward Racing - Tony Kart / Vortex) which alternates a victory at 13th place.

  • Two Kart Republics occupy the sixth and seventh positions: one belongs to Arvid Lindblad (KR Motorsport - KR / IAME), who started from twenty seventh position and today scored a victory that adds up to two other second places, the other is the one of Christian Ho (Sauber Karting Team - KR / IAME) who, at first, had also been awarded a victory for only 0.001, which was then corrected to the photo finish in favor of Igor Cepil (KR Motorsport - KR / IAME).

  • Matteo De Palo (KGT Motorsport - FA Kart / IAME) confirmed yesterday's eighth position ahead of Brando Badoer (KR Motorsport - KR / IAME), 9th recovering from 20th position, and Freddie Slater (Ricky Flynn Motorsport - Kosmic / Vortex).

  • Out of the top ten, the second placed of the first round of the WSK Super master Series Ugo Ugochukwu (Ricky Flynn Motorsport - Kosmic / Vortex), Artem Severiukhin (Ward Racing - Tony Kart / Vortex), Karol Pasiewicz (Tony Kart Racing Team - Tony Kart / Vortex) and Cristian Bertuca, 26th after a qualifying finished in 45th position.

Mini ROK: Energy still in first place, but this time with German Foteev

  • German Foteev (Energy Corse - Energy) beat Jan Przyrowski (AV Racing - Parolin) for two wins to one, with the Russian winning the showdown against the Pole in Heat AB.

  • Heat AB saw Rashid Al Dhaheri(Ippoliti Fausto - Parolin) ending in 4th place , who stands in third place of the general classification thanks to a victory and a second place. The Emirati driver will start in the front row next to Foteev in Super Heat 1.

  • The fourth to sixth positions are all occupied by Baby Race driver Academy (Parolin) drivers: the Hungarian Adam Hideg is fourth followed by Aditya Wibowo who had obtained the 19th time in qualifying. In sixth place, instead, there is the Thai Enzo Tharnvanichkul.

  • The latter shares the same penalty points with the two drivers that follow him, namely Yaroslav Trukhin (Energy Corse - Energy), and Maciej Gladysz (Parolni Poland - Parolin)

  • Roberto Castellozzi (TB Kart srl - TB kart) and Marcus Saeter (ASD Revolution Motorsport - Energy Corse) close the top-ten, from which Gerasim Skulanov (ASD Formula K Serafini - Formula K) remains cut off, despite a victory. Down the order, more precisely in 20th position, is the Pole man Dmitri Matveev (Energy Corse - Energy), after that yesterday's retirement thwarted today's victory and second place.
