KZ2: pole position for Federer
The first international race weekend of the year for KZ drivers has had an intense day on-track with many fights among the amazing 98 participants.
The qualifying practice the Italian Fabian Federer from SRP Racing Team was great taking the pole position with a lap time of 46.533, 1 tenth ahead of Giuseppe Palomba with the Croc chassis, then finished Adrien Renaudin in his maiden race with Sodikart.
The victories in the heats went to Paolo de Conto in heat E-F and B-F, Fabian Federer in heat A-B, Giacomo Pollini in heat C-D.
OK: Lorenzo Travisanutto keeps the momentum
The HTP Kart driver Lorenzo Travisanutto was unstoppable in qualifying despite the incredible competitiveness in the qualifying practices. Travisanutto was the fastest ahead of Dexter Patterson, Luigi Coluccio and Gabriele Minì.
The victories today were for Lorenzo Travisanutto in heat A-B, Gabriele Minì in heat C-D, and Dexter Patterson in heat B-C.
OKJ: Antonelli stops Nikita Bedrin pace
In a three groups battle, Andrea Kimi Antonelli from Rosberg Racing Academy beat Nikita Bedrin Tony Kart Racing Team and Philip Victorsson from Ward Racing.
In Qualifying heat A the two favorites for the victory this weekend, Andrea Kimi Antonelli and Nikita Bedrin had a tough battled that finished with the victory for the Italian. In Qualifying heat C-D James Wharton took the victory for Ricky Flynn Motorsport after a great last laps pace. In heat B-E was Wharton’s team mate Thomas Ten Brinke who crossed the checkerflag in the first position
Mini ROK: Irfan gets pole position
Coskun Iran from Baby Race Driver Academy was unstoppable in qualifying practice, the British driver beat Valerio Rincella from Energy Corse by 0.05 seconds.
Already two qualifying heats took part in the category with Irfan wining in heat A-B, finishing ahead of Russians Maksim Orlov and Maksimilian Popov. In heat C-D Rashid Al Dhaheri was the best in a three fight battle with Dion Gowda and Alex Powell.
