Sarno (I) will host from March 29th to April 1st the postponed 2nd round of the WSK Super Master Series

The WSK Super Master Series doubles the round of Sarno.

As announced last weekend, WSK Promotion has defined the venue of the rematch of the second round of the WSK Super Master Series, that was to be held at the South Garda Karting in Lonato (Brescia, Italy) but was postponed due to the bad weather, following the standing snow and ice on the circuit. The International Circuit Napoli in Sarno (SA) will therefore stage the second round of the series from March 29th to April 1st, after the round in Muro Leccese – La Conca (LE) on March 18th and before that of Sarno on April 8th. The four rounds scheduled for 2018 have therefore been confirmed, as the closing stages that will take place in Spring.

The round to be held on April 1st will keep the features of the second round of the season in terms of points up for grabs. The increasing scoring system will stay the same as would have been in Lonato. Winners of each category will in fact score 11 points in the heats, 40 points in the Prefinal and 60 in the Final. The scoring mechanism of the 3rd round in La Conca on March 18th and the closing round in Sarno on April 8th will not be changed either. The double event in Sarno will also be available through live streaming on the web, as usual for WSK events, that will broadcast the images of the two consecutive racing Sundays.

Teams and drivers will not have to repeat the subscription to for the race in Sarno on April 1st, as those filed for the race in Lonato will be kept valid by WSK Promotion.
