HOT NEWS - TKART -- WSK SUPER MASTER SERIES - Rick Dreezen (Zanardi/Parilla) takes the satisfaction of beating a squad of lions, claiming the  pole position (always a great joy when you are up against names of a certain caliber). Right behind him by just 60 thousands of a second there is Arnaud Kozlinski (Intrepid/TM), then a train of Tony Kart/Vortex drivers: Marco Ardigò, Flavio Camponeschi and Danish driver Andreas Hansen, finally on the same page as his ultra fast teammates.

Behind the fastest, the top end of the KZ2 standings features the "usuals": private driver Andrea Dalè (CRG/Maxter) and FK official Bas Lammers (FK/Iame), for the first time with a non-factory engine tuned by Tec-Sav. The Italian is the best of the "private" entries and along with Luca Corberi (Kosmic/Vortex) who is 10th, proves that you can be up there also without the technical support of a major team. Jan Midrla keeps the Birel/TM flag up high, placing 8th. Following there is Jonathan Thonon (Praga/Parilla), 9th fastest overall:tjhis is not a shining result for him, but in the paddock he winked at us as if to say "don't worry, it's all under control, I'm ninth, but I have what it takes to go for it". At the end of the day Paolo De Conto and Matteo Ghidella (both Birel/TM) are Suprisingly ranking, respectively, 12th and 13th. The first stunningly fails to be the best of the official Birel drivers for once, while the second makes everyone's jaw drop for an excellent performance, considering his long absence from track: congratulations Matteo! Tough Friday, instead, for Ben Hanley (Art Gp/TM), Davide Forré (CRG/TM), Patrick Hajeck (Praga Kart/Parilla) and Riccardo Negro (Top Kart/Tm): guys who are normally in the overall top 5 today place 14th, 16th, 18th, and 21st.

Same tune for Jeremy Iglesias (Lenzo/LKE) whose name in the general rank is at P24.
