In OK, Danny Keirle (Chiesa Corse – Zanardi/Parilla) win incredible races at an an incredible event. The category rookie – who normally races in the single make Iame X30 class – drove a perfect weekend, leading away from pole in the final and never conceding the lead of the race.
The race itself saw a sensation before the start when Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex) was immediately out. The Spainard appeared the driver to beat at the conclusion of the heats and the driver most likely to take the fight to Keirle. Unfortunately a technical problem meant that he was unable to launch what would have been a spectacular attack on the race.
The race was a tense struggle throughout, with the first three recording practically the same lap times for the entire 22 laps. No one however, was able to launch an attack on Keirle for the lead. Esteban Muth (Chiesa Corse – Zanardi/Parilla) and David Vidales (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex) remained right behind the race leader but ultimately finishing 6 tenths of a second back and unable to mount an attack for the lead.
The real moment of the race came after the chequered flag when Muth was penalized 10 seconds for a dislodged nosecone, which elevated Juho Valtanen (Kohtala Sports – Kosmic/Vortex) into a well deserved third place after being in contention all weekend.
Credit also to Lorenzo Travisanutto (Chiesa Corse – Zanardi/Parilla) who made up 15 positions from the back of the grid to finish in 13th with fastest lap of the race.

In OKJ, Dexter Patterson (Forza Racing – Exprit/TM Racing) won a final that saw he and his teammate pull away from the rest of the field after the opening laps of the race. Lulham was unable to make the pass into the lead and had to settle for second 0.106 seconds behind the leader.
Third was Harry Thompson (Ricky Flynn Motorsport – FA Kart/Vortex) who completed an all British podium. An incredible race for Andrea Rosso (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex) who made up 23 positions in the race coming home 10th.
