h. 9.55: Good morning! We are on our way to Genk (Belgium) for the second and final round of the CIK-FIA European Championship for the KZ and KZ2 that will decide the 2013 Champions for shifter karts!
On schedule for today there is official timed practice for both categories (starting at 1:00 pm) and the first qualification heats for the KZ2 (starting at 2:50 pm), followed - tomorrow - by all the other heats for both the KZ2 and for the queen category, the KZ. Tomorrow on track there will also be the very youngest of the Academy Trophy, the CIK-FIA initiative dedicated to the development of the fresh talents of international karting.
The paddock is already making the first predictions for this European on two rounds, but to know the name of the new European Champion for the two classes of shift-gear karts we will have to wait until Sunday, after the prefinals and finals.
