All set for the final race of 2019 WSK Super Master Series

Saturday always is one of the most important days in WSK with the remaining eliminatory heats. Unlike yesterday, the wind stopped and this allowed the drivers for a more “clean battles”.

KZ2: Marco Ardigò feeling like home



The reigning champion of WSK Super Master Series is back in the championship and also showing a good pace. Marco Ardigò (Tony Kart/Vortex/Bridg) was the best after qualifying heats. The Italian won heat B-D and finished second in heat B-C where he was beaten by the Praga of Francesco Celenta (Praga/Iame/Bridg).
Celenta finally finished fourth overall, just behind Giaocmo Pollini (Formula K/TM Racing/Bridg) who was driving all the time in top3, while Lorenzo Camplese finished third after the victory in heat A-D.
Adrien Renaudin (Sodikart/TM Racing/Bridg) won the other heat, heat A-C.

OK: Dexter Patterson unbeatable


The Scotsman, Dexter Patterson (KR/Iame/Bridg) continues unbeatable in OK class. The Kart Republic driver won heat A-C and A-D to finish with 0 penalty points and getting the pole position for tomorrow’s prefinal A.
Another Kart Republic, Taylor Barnard (KR/Iame/Bridg) will start in pole position in prefinal B after wining heats B-D and B-C.

OKJ: Laurens Van Hoepen confirms the pace taking pole position



The qualifying heats of today were the confirmation for Laurens Van Hoepen (FA Kart / Vortex / Vega) that the Dutch has finally a chance to fight for the victory in the final. The Ricky Flynn Motorsport driver won heats A-B, B-E and finished third in heat B-C which was the unique heat that he missed to win.
Also, good performance from Artem Severiukhin (Tony Kart/Vortex/Vega). The Russian was very constant today finishing always in top3. This allows the Ward Racing driver to be on pole position for tomorrow’s prefinal B.
The other victories of today were for Nikita Bedrin (Tony Kart/Vortex/Vega) in eliminatory heat D-E, James Wharton (FA Kart/Vortex/Vega) in heat A-C, Thomas Ten Brinke (FA Kart/Vortex/Vega) in heat A-D, and Tymoteusz Kucharczyk (Parolin/TM Racing/Vega) in heat B-C.

Mini: Rashid Al Dhaheri on top but the battle is open



Rashid Al Dhaheri (Parolin/TM Racing/Vega) was the best after all qualifying heats. The Parolin driver wants to fight for the title and the first thing he has done is set the pole position for prefinal A, despite a 15th place yesterday in qualifying practice. Al Dhaheri won qualifying heats C-E and C-F.
Also was a comeback day for Maksim Orlov (Parolin/TM Racing/Vega) who was 19th in qualifying practice yesterday, but that meant nothing for the Russian who today made an incredible races wining heat A-D, A-F and A-E.
The other eliminatory heats victories went for: Kenau Al Azhari (ParoliN/TM Racing/Vega) in heat B-F and B-D, Akash Bohra (Parolin/TM Racing/Vega) in heat B-C, Douwe Dedecker (Parolin/TM Racing/Vega) in heat D-E.
Tomorrow the drivers will face the prefinals and finals, that will set the new champions of 2019 WSK Super Master Series.
