The preliminary phases have ended ahead of the closing round of the WSK Super Master Series season: International karting is about to crown its first kings of 2018 that were busy today with free practice and technical-sporting scrutineering. The fourth and closing weekend of the Series promoted by WSK Pormotion still has a high number of verified drivers: a total of 270 racers coming from 43 different Countries.

The final figures of WSK Super Master Series are quite clear: the more than 1000 drivers coming from the five Continents on track in the four rounds in the calendar make the Series promoted by WSK Promotion the benchmark in international Karting. The average presence on track went beyond the 250 mark in the initial and coldest months of the season, which remarks the exceptional result and confirms the organization success of the Italian promoter that is in its thirteenth season of activity.

Categories OK and OK Junior highlight the numbers of this success.
The greatest satisfaction comes from the increment in presence compared to 2017, that is particularly remarkable in the categories OK and OK Junior: the presence went beyond the 20% real mark, which is not only a worthy end to the Super Master Series, but also envisages for a successful remainder of the season with the WSK events in the calendar: the activity will continue until the end of the season with the three rounds of the WSK Final Cup.

Figures regarding on track presence (above, the start of one of the races of last Sunday at Sarno) give a feeling of how much a good result in WSK Super Master Series is sought after. Motorsport fans are also a lot and they do not want to miss the appointment with the live streaming on Sunday April 8th with the racing action of Prefinals and Finals. The live coverage will start at 10:50 with Prefinals that will be followed by the Finals and the celebration of the winners.

The first challenge with stop watches features qualifying for tomorrow early in the afternoon, after the closing free practice to be held in the morning. Qualifying heats will follow suit and will end on Saturday evening with the first points to be awarded. The racing Sunday is also going to be quite full of on track action, with the double Prefinals and Finals of each of the admitted category: KZ2, OK, OK Junior and 60 Mini.
