The Rotax Max Challenge is a competition
concept has been inspired by the Olympic Games. The best drivers qualify at international meetings and gather for the yearly grand world final. Every year, there are over 250 qualified
drivers from 5 continents who compete on a single type of kart for each of the three categories: Rotax Max Junior, Rotax Max Senior and Rotax
Max DD2. Rotax Senior, the elite category of the world final, is open to drivers who are at least 15 and gathers
high-level drivers teeming with enthusiasm.Last year it was an important premiere for Sodikart, which was chosen to provide its chassis to the 72 drivers racing in Rotax Max Junior (Sodi ST32) at the international circuit of La Conca (Italy). The French team rose to the challenge with its sense of organisation
and the undisputable qualify of its chassis. The organiser of the Rotax Challenge Grand Finals entrusted the company with providing, assembling and equipping complete karts in record
time. Constancy of performance is one of the most important criteria in this type of events, which attract the world attention thanks to the participation
of drivers coming from 63 different countries! Karts must be equivalent for all drivers, in order to ensure a level playing field during the race, and the accompanying service must be impeccable, given the importance
of an event which can rightly be considered the most extraordinary kart race in the world. As for Austrian constructor Rotax, it was very satisfied with Sodikart’s performance at La Conca, so much so that it has decided to entrust it with the supply of Rotax Senior chassis starting from this year.
