PRESS RELEASE # 3 2ND MARCH 2011

Following on from two podium finishes at the Rotax Pro Tour 1 and after only 2 months in the country,
the Exprit kart chassis has made a dominant entry into the CIK Stars of Karting series, with 8 karts
securing 11% of the chassis manufacturers for the opening round in Ipswich last weekend.

Pro Light driver James Macken (89) has harnessed the full power of his Exprit kart and after a
successful weekend of racing, is sitting in 4th place on the championship point score with 60 points.
Other drivers lining up in the Exprit for the Stars of Karting Series include Parramatta Kart
Warehouses’ team mates Matthew Waters (13) and Daniel Baker (77.) Waters set himself up for a
super season in Ipswich and sits in 7th place on the points score. Daniel Baker makes a return to the
Stars of Karting Series and after staying on the pace all weekend, he was involved in an incident on
turn two and crashed out in the final. Baker sits in 18th place.
Brand Ambassador, William Yarwood (69) is contending the Pro Gearbox class and sits in 19th place.
Yarwood is still recovering after sustaining a nasty injury at the Rotax Pro Tour 1 in Melbourne.
Pro Junior drivers include Aaron Marr (11), Renee Gracie (5) and Joseph Burton-Harris (32) and are
placed 6th, 8th and 11th respectively in the championship points.
